But First… Why Is It Good To Lose Weight?
This point might sound really self-explanatory, but it’s still important to dig deep into the main goal of this article:
To help you lose weight in a way that’s as easy & fun as possible.
And my most important point for today is:
Have realistic goals.
This doesn’t mean that you CAN’T achieve what you want and you have to settle for something worse than what you really really want. No. This means that whatever you want to achieve, make it realistic. Don’t say that you’re going to lose 10 pounds in 3 hours because it’s not realistic. Say: “I’m going to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks.”
This is REALLY important, so you won’t feel bad about yourself when you can’t meet unrealistic goals!
And just one another really important thing here: The most important thing is to feel good in your body. You are here to enjoy your life, aren’t you? So burning yourself out isn’t the way. At least, that’s what I believe in. It’s up to you what you want, I just thought why not share this. :)
You have more energy.
If you have a healthy body, then you’ll have more energy. It’s going to be easier to wake up in the mornings. And your overall mood will also be better.

If you write things down, then you don’t have to remember every little thing along the way. So yeah, let’s write down your big WHY at the beginning. Why do you want to lose weight? Then write down your end goal. And the date you want to reach it.
This makes everything soooo much easier, since - again - you don’t have to think it over every single day… This helps you save energy, and you can focus on what’s really important: Losing weight.

As I told you before you can make this process really fun! If you use a pocket printer, then you can print out different quotes for yourself that will help you get through the hardest parts… Or you can print different characters, or even drawings out that’ll help you remember what you want to achieve, and so on… your creativity is really the only limit!
