Shipping policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Poooliprint's policy is to ship between one and three business days after an order is received. When there is a large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a couple of extra days as we catch up. 

Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers across the world (US, EU, and AU) depending on stock availability. If you want to ensure the your order can be shipped from a close location to your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

Newly released products are always shipped from the production site. If an order includes one product not in stock in one of our fulfillment centers, the whole order will be shipped from the production site.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection...we cannot be held responsible for third party delays. 

    Delivery time frames for orders shipped from our U.S fulfillment center:

    • U.S - Minimum 3 to 8 business days to arrive at destination.
    • Canada - Minimum 3 to 8 business days to arrive at destination.

    Delivery time frames for orders shipped from EU fulfillment center:

    • Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech. Rep, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, United Kingdom - Minimum 3 to 8 business days to arrive at destination.

    Delivery time frames for orders shipped from our AU fulfillment center:

    • Australia - Minimum 3 to 8 business days to arrive at destination.

    Delivery time frames for orders shipped from the production site:

    • U.S - Minimum 6-12 business days to arrive at destination.
    • Canada, UK, Europe, Oceania, SE Asia - Minimum 6-12 business days to arrive at destination.
    • Rest of the world - Minimum 6-18 business days to arrive at destination.

    WRONG ADDRESS

    If after placing your order, you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address, please reach out to us right away for assistance. If the order has not yet shipped, we will most likely be able to change the address.

    However, if the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to update shipping information. If the order needs to be canceled due to incorrect address information, we can process a refund but we hold the right to deduct the shipping fees from the refunded amount. 

    Standard shipping fee - $8.95 USD

    Express shipping fee - $35.00 USD

    We will not be held responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses entered.

    SHIPPING METHODS

    No matter what type of shipping was selected (standard or express), we reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.

    CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

    When placing an international order, please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply once your package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before the parcel can be delivered. We do not calculate or estimate these charges and cannot provide specific information on potential costs.

    It is advisable to contact your local customs office for details on applicable fees and the import process. As the purchaser, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with all local laws and regulations in the destination country. Please note that customs authorities may inspect your package upon arrival, and we cannot guarantee that the packaging will remain intact during this process.

    If import duties and taxes are not paid, your parcel will be held by customs for approximately three weeks. If the charges remain unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, we will process a refund for your order; however, any import duties, taxes, and additional return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that we cannot refund any import duties and taxes that were initially charged on your order.
