1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. WARRANTY PERIOD
Poooliprint products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Extended warranty can be purchased for a 2 year coverage. 

3. WARRANTY SERVICES
If during the warranty period, you encounter any defects or malfunctions in your Poooliprint product, please contact our customer support team. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product. Our team may request additional photos or videos of the issue in order to process the warranty claim. 

4. EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.

5. PROOF OF PURCHASE
To make a warranty claim, you will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation. 

6. RETURN SHIPPING
If a product needs to be returned for warranty service, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our designated service center. We will cover the return shipping cost for repaired or replaced products.

7. NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
If a product issue falls outside the scope of the warranty, we may offer repair services at the customer's expense. In such cases, we will provide an estimate of the repair cost for your approval before proceeding.

Please note that Poooliprint policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Poooliprint dealer. If you purchase a Poooliprint product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Poooliprint warranty will not be valid.
