I remember that in my hometown we had a really old library…
I LOVED going there.
Every time my mom said: “Alright, I’m going to go to the library-” I couldn’t even wait for her to finish, and I was already saying: “I’m coming too!”
Well, I loved books & I loved reading, that’s true.
But those weren’t the real reasons… to be absolutely honest, I went there for the vibe. For the atmosphere.
As I told you, it was an old library. Filled with old books.
And it was just so awesome to open one of these books… smell its scent… wipe the dust off from the pages… and get into a new world.
So yeah, what I fell in love with were those old vintage books.
And… it turns out I’m not the only one! Because as I became older and older I started to find myself around people who shared the same love for vintage things…
And more importantly: For vintage books.
And I have to tell you a secret I learned along the way…
(But I have to be quiet because it’s a big secret:
A book doesn’t need to be old to have this vintage vibe.)
Yeah, I know you knew it already but I wanted to have that little mysterious vibe with this secret.
Just for the feel, you know.
With all these said, let’s get into today’s topic… Because, as you can guess, today I’m going to show you how to make printable vintage scrapbooks that look so great you won’t be able to stop looking at them!
The World’s BEST Things: Printable Vintage Scrapbooks… But WHY Should You Do One?
Okay, let’s start with the basics:
They look so awesome you won’t believe your eyes.
Yeah, I know, you know. I could talk all day about these. But let me just show it to you:
- EVERYONE loves them.
I have never met a single person in my life who didn’t like vintage scrapbooks. It’s just like with Baby Yoda… everyone loves it. And this means that every one of your friends will compliment your vintage scrapbook & they’ll ask you if you can do one for them, which leads to our next point:
It can become the PERFECT gift to one of your loved ones.
Since everyone loves it… you can just make one and give it to your friends, family, or partner. And what’s even greater is that you can make it unique based on the person you give it to. It’s the perfect gift if you ask me.
You can travel back in time with one. ;)
“WHAT?!” I hear you ask, but fear not! I’m about to give you the answer. Just imagine: It’s almost 11 pm. You open your vintage scrapbook. You light a candle. And you already feel like you are in the 18th century. I know, I know. It might not sound THAT exciting to you, but hey! I love it. And once you try it out, you might love it too! ;)
Because you get out from reality for a little. And it’s just so refreshing!
How To Make The World’s BEST Printable Vintage Scrapbooks?
Okay, grab a notebook or a book with blank pages. (Preferably an older one.)
Grab your pocket printer*, and start printing out different photos… figures… drawings, or even quotes.
(*If you don’t already have one, then I really recommend getting a PoooliPrinter. These were MADE to help you print out different creative things (just like vintage scrapbooks) in gorgeous quality… and they’re even INKLESS, so you won’t have to spend a penny on ink!)
Here are some pictures to give you a basic idea:
And once you’re done… you’re done.
But What Can You Use This For?
As a journal.
You can use this book as a journal. It’ll be way more interesting than ANY journal you’d ever get, and it’s because of two things. First: it looks awesome, and second: YOU MADE IT. It’s 100% unique.
A to-do list book.
This is what I am using mine for. To write to-do lists and get my everyday things done. It’s such a great feeling to grab this little book and tick things out as I am moving forward with my day. Each moment I look at it, I love it. It’s just such an awesome thing to have.
To write notes.
You can use it for the simplest thing ever: to write down your ideas. Maybe you’re thinking about starting a business, or maybe even one of your loved one’s birthdays is coming up and you are writing down your present ideas… it doesn’t matter what you use it for… what matters is this: You’re going to love using it! :)
